This notice explains how OXSIONSOFT handles information in connection with this website, software downloads and the desktop applications described below. It distinguishes information received through the website from information processed locally on your own computer.
1. Website visits and downloads
You can browse this website and download the available software without creating an account. Web and download servers receive technical request data, which can include your IP address, the requested address, request time, browser information and response status. Hosting providers may process this information to deliver files, maintain the service and investigate errors or abuse.
The current website code does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Its navigation and screenshot viewers operate in your browser without sending their interactions to OXSIONSOFT. If analytics or other optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any required choices will be updated before that processing begins.
2. Messages you choose to send
If you contact us, we use the information you provide, such as your name, email address and message, to respond to your enquiry and handle any related support request. Please send only information relevant to the enquiry and avoid passwords, access tokens or unrelated personal files.
The contact form sends your name, email address and message through our hosting provider, Beget, to our support mailbox hosted by Google Gmail. Abuse-prevention counters store a hashed network identifier and request times, without your message text. Only the most recent hour is used for rate limiting. The form does not set cookies.
3. Jan Privacy Cleaner
Jan Privacy Cleaner works locally on your Windows computer. It checks and removes selected Jan WebView history and favicon files and, if you choose, ordinary Jan log files. Chats, downloaded models, application settings and thread-cache data are not cleanup targets. The utility does not upload these files to OXSIONSOFT and does not include telemetry.
Diagnostic results are shown within the application. A text report is written only when you choose Save report. Reports can contain local paths and diagnostic details; review them before sharing them with anyone. Information you voluntarily send to support is handled as correspondence under this notice.
4. MCP Bridge and your AI client
MCP Bridge runs on your Windows computer and connects through an authenticated local endpoint. It stores connection credentials, configuration and diagnostic information locally. Requested file operations and commands can process project files, file paths, command output and other information you make available.
Tool results are returned to the connected AI client. A local connection to MCP Bridge does not mean that every part of your AI workflow stays offline: your client or selected model provider may send prompts and tool results to remote services. Their settings and privacy notices govern that processing. Protect the connection token and review the client permissions and model configuration you use.
During installation, MCP Bridge can download missing .NET components from Microsoft. Those requests are handled by Microsoft under its own privacy terms. The current MCP Bridge release is available for Jan Desktop; support for further clients is planned.
5. Games, external services and links
This website includes game information, project demonstrations and links to services operated by others. Local video files on this website play without an embedded third-party video service. Following an external link takes you to a separate service with its own information practices.
Data use can differ between game releases, distribution platforms and optional integrations. Review the notices, permissions and store disclosures supplied with the particular release. The local-processing description for our Windows utilities should not be treated as a statement that every game or external service works in the same way.
6. Use, access and retention
Information received through enquiries is used to provide support, manage the relevant correspondence and protect the service. Hosting and email providers may process it as needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to address misuse or a security incident.
Service records and correspondence should be kept only for as long as their operational, support or legal purpose requires. Exact server-log retention depends on the hosting configuration. Local application files and saved reports remain under your control; closing the website does not delete them.
7. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit an enquiry, manage browser permissions and decide which files or commands to expose through your AI client. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or object to certain uses. Contact us with enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence; we may need to verify a request.
We cannot remotely inspect or erase application files held only on your device. Use the relevant application and Windows controls to manage those files. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Updates and contact
We will revise this notice when the website or described processing changes and update the date above. Product-specific notices may provide additional information for a particular release. Questions about this notice can be sent through the contact form in Contacts.
